Terms and conditions
1.Grapho-Guides was established in 1988. Its activities are mainly in the field of personality / character analysis of individuals, based on study of their handwriting samples.
2.The Director of the Institute is Lt Col Syed Ahmed, psc (Retd) There are no franchisees in our business. We however have a few paid secretarial / office staff whose responsibilities revolve around keeping track of orders, taking dictations, typing reports, allotment of reference numbers, dispatch of reports/ keeping record of reports, keeping track of payments received, helping in bank transactions, advertising, house keeping and maintenance of office equipment / furniture / fixtures / fitments and undertaking any other job assigned to them from time to time.
3.Grapho-Guides analyses Handwriting samples written in ENGLISH only.
4.Grapho-Guides do not analyse Handwriting samples of Children under 12 years of age.
5.Grapho-Guides will not be held responsible for non-receipt of handwriting samples / Drafts / Checks sent by Post / Courier.
6.Grapho-Guides will not return the handwriting samples sent by individuals for obtaining handwriting analysis reports.
7.Handwriting Analysis reports will not be sent unless payments are received in FULL in advance.
8.Wherever it is indicated that reports will be sent in TWO days/ FOUR days, it implies TWO working days / FOUR working days.
9.In the course of writing reports we may point out certain weaknesses OR we may communicate certain adverse remarks about the individual whose handwriting samples are sent to us for analysis. By submitting this order you agree not to raise any objections to receiving such communications from us.
10.All reports will generally be sent by e-mail.
11.Grapho-Guides will not be dragged into any legal matters concerning anything reported in reports, nor shall they be asked to appear in person in any court of law as witness for giving any type of evidence.
12.Grapho-Guides, shall not be held responsible for delays caused in sending reports on account of any of the following reasons:
--Postal delays / delays caused by courier companies
--Non receipt of E-Mail messages.
--Delays caused when the DIRECTOR is indisposed owing to ill-health/ any other unforeseen circumstances.
--Delays caused due to receipt of improper/ badly scanned Handwriting samples for which we may have to revert back to you to send fresh samples.
13. In the event of any unfortunate happening, when the DIRECTOR is total indisposed & not able to write reports any more the Admin of Grapho-Guides shall arrange refund of amount paid by individuals towards Handwriting Analysis after necessary verification and after deducting a small % towards administrative expenses/ handling charges.
14. Grapho-Guides reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, or update these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
15. Grapho-Guides reserves the right of revise its service charges periodically.
16. Grapho-Guides reserves the right to introduce new services as & when it feels like doing so.
17. Grapho-Guides reserves the right to offer discounts on bulk orders and also to its regular customers.
18.Grapho-Guides reserves the right to make changes to our website and our Terms & Conditions, policies, at any time.

20.By submitting the Handwriting Analysis Order you automatically agree to having gone through our Terms & Conditions and also that you agree to abide by them in word & spirit.
21.In case of any legal disputes, matters will be reffered to Courts located within the legal jurisdictions of, Bangalore, INDIA, only.
